Tall in Stature and ability, David Shriver, with 17 years in Real Estate, offers to the Coldwell Banker Best Sellers buyers and sellers an extensive knowledge in commercial, business, and residential sales. His diverse background in restaurant and business management, coupled with a keen knowledge of the area, helps David serve his clients well. David is known for his quick wit and crazy sense of humor, but doesn’t make light of his real estate commitments. He has been elected to the Sierra Nevada Association of Realtors board of Directors twice and presently serves as vice president. David has been involved with GROW (Gardeners Reclaiming our Waysides) from its inception which is a grassroots group that is working to beautify the By-pass going through Carson City. He has spearheaded bringing in the wineries for Wine& Roses, the Realtors philanthropic endeavor for Make-A-Wish and the V & T Railroad for years. He has been awarded Realtor of the Month 3 times, Bob Paoli Memorial Award twice, and has been a Circle of Distinction award recipient 8 consecutive years which is based on production, education, and community involvement. A graduate of South Tahoe High School, David is an avid skier, fisherman and outdoorsman who is a great ambassador for our area and quality of life.
